Lammela sedimentation tank: Also known as inclined tube sedimentation tank, is a solid-liquid separation equipment, the main purpose is to remove particles or unwanted solids from the liquid.
Skidding
PWI - Model U1 - Fast Settling System
The waste water in the collection tank is transported to the Lummela clarifier through the submersible pump. Dosing system is provided to dose the right chemicals if needed. The filter box at the top of the Lamella filters out particles larger than 5mm. After entering the sedimentation tank, the supernatant overflows and is discharged into the buffer tank for reuse. The bottom sediment sludge can be pumped out from the mud discharge port and enter the sludge treatment system in the next step.

The whole process is controlled by PLC program, fully automatic, and can be unattended operation.
