PYRO-CHEM - Heat-Activated Fusible Links for Fire Suppression Systems
The Model SL and A-PC Fusible Links are specialized heat-activated, fixed-temperature release devices utilized in fire suppression systems, particularly within culinary environments. Designed for integration with KITCHEN KNIGHT II Restaurant Fire Suppression systems, they are typically installed above cooking appliances and within the ducts of kitchen equipment. Additionally, these devices are applicable for use in paint spray booths, broadening their utility beyond culinary applications. These fusible links ensure automatic activation of fire suppression systems when a specific temperature is reached, providing an essential safety mechanism. The products are compliant with stringent safety standards, adhering to certifications from Underwriters Laboratories (UL/ULC), ensuring reliability in demanding environments where rapid response to potential fire hazards is crucial.
PYRO-CHEM - Dry Chemical Suppressing Agent
ABCR Dry Chemical Suppressing Agent may be used to combat fires in commonly combustible materials such as wood, cloth, paper, rubber and many plastics (Class A), as well as fires in flammable liquids, gases and greases (Class B) and fires involving energized electrical equipment (Class C). ABCR is especially value on combination fires (Class A and B together) and on Class A fires at temperatures which would freeze water.
PYRO-CHEM - Mechanical Control Head
The MCH3 and NMCH3 mechanical control heads connect to the cylinder valve to support a fusible link detection system, remote mechanical pull station and a mechanical or electric gas shut-off valve.
