QATM - Model Qcut 150 A - Precision Cut-off Machine
The Qcut 150 A is flexible precision cut-off machine which is used with cut-off wheels up to a diameter of 203 mm/8" The compact benchtop model performs automatic as well as manual cuts with the ergonomic lever. The optional clamping arm with built-in force sensor ensures low-deformation cuts due to a precise force-controlled feed rate.

The BRILLANT 230 is a wet abrasive cut-off machine with fine dynamic, manual wheel movement into samples up to Ø 110 mm. The spacious cutting chamber allows various clamping variations. The solid aluminum design of the cutting machine comes with openings on the right and left hand side for cutting continuous long parts.
QATM - Model Qcut 250 M - Cut-off Machine
The Qcut 250 M is an especially user-friendly wet abrasive cutting machine with manual cut-off. Opening the machine folds away the hood to the inside so that the whole cutting chamber is easily accessible. The round window opens a wide field of view during the cutting process. The cutting wheel cooling is integrated directly into the wheel guarding cover. The large, stainless table is equipped with replaceable wearing plates. Transverse grooves allow optimized alignment of clamping vices (e.g. clamping vice 80).

The Qcut 250 A is a compact and flexible semi-automatic abrasive cut-off machine with a 254 mm /10" cut-off wheel for workpieces or samples up to Ø 95 mm. This machine combines the benefits and speed of a manual cut-off machine with the advantages of an automatic abrasive cutter. the semi-automatic Qcut 240 A, equipped with a hand level and automatic lever brake, can be operated with one hand and makes vertical cuts or the positioning of the cut-off wheel easier than before. The cutting table with T-slots is made of stainless steel and can be used either with a dynamic automatic drive (allows pulsed cut) or in a manual mode, operated by a hand wheel (traverse cut). Together with the well-proven QATM technology of pulsed cutting, the Qcut 250 A provides excellent cutting results even with the most difficult materials. And having an automatic X-axis allows the Care-Cut (oscillation cut) during a chop cut for large pieces.

The Qcut 350 A is an automatic wet abrasive cut-off machine for samples up to max. Ø 135 mm. Due to its low contact cutting (lcc) function, it gently cuts different types of samples with various geometries, size and materials. The cut-off machine is commonly used in metallography, materialography, mineralogy, as well as for cutting of composite materials (CFC/PMC/MMC) or electronic devices such as PCB's. The large cutting chamber and stainless steel table of the machine allow comfortable and flexible operation. A wealth of software-based features, such as automatic touch detection, multi-position process and parallel setting of the wheel guard during vertical cutting further enhance the reproducibility of cutting processes.

The industrial wet cut-off machine Qcut 600 A meets the highest of demands on space available and possibilities for cutting with its innovative concept for design, construction, and operations. A water-cooled 15 kW main motor is integrated into the swing arm and the automatic horizontal table (X-axis) and cutting wheel movement (Y-axis) can be reach up to 80 mm/sec. through highly dynamic axis drives in rapid-run. With a totally new approach with the automatic cross-feed movement (Z-axis) through the swing arm, the cutting chamber is ideally put to use. Parallel setting of the wheel guard during vertical cutting sequences increases the cutting capacity considerably. The large front and hinged door with safety lock enables access to the machine table with longitudinal and cross T-slots.
