Open bar steel grates are standard metal grating with open mesh design, suitable for safe footing access for truck and trailer tread plates and other flooring applications. Steel open bar grating is mostly for heavy industrial use and is a top choice for strength, safety and long-term cost. Open Mesh Bar Grating can meet almost any load bearing or weight requirement and is the most durable grating for rugged applications. Available in standard black paint finish or galvanized finish. Standard open bar steel gratings panels are 20` long pieces, we also supply step bars cut to size. Maximum length available for stainless steel is 120".

Hot dipped steel grating is a versatile open steel flooring material that can be produced in accordance with Chinese standard, American Standard, Australia or British Standard. The hot dipped galvanizing for the plate surface is processed according to standard: China GB/T13912-92 / ASTM (A123) / BS729. The thick zinc coating gives more protection and enables the grating floors excellent corrosion resistance for on-shore and off-shore elements. Hot dipped galvanized grating has bright metal aesthetic appearance and a light structure. It is easy for loading and installation.

Serrated grating is mostly made of carbon steel galvanized or non galvanized supplied with a common outline size range of 900 x 1400 mm, 900 x900 mm, 900 x 1200 mm, 1000 x 650mm and 1100 x 700 mm. The metal gratings with one side serrated are supplied by four bonding ways: welded, swage locked, press locked or riveted.
