In the current tunnel construction, especially metro tunnel, precast segment is very popular. After segment is ready in precast yard, segment service vehicle can delivery that to tunnel and go inside of TBM backup directly. TBM backup unloading crane lift segment from SSV and install that by TBM segment device. 

In the construction of tunnel, two methods will be used for ground construction. Some project uses the precast utility box, the other will use the cast in site. If the project uses the second method, the concrete must be transported to tunnel and unload to ground to make road base.

Slag Pot Carrier‌ (SPC) is a heavy-duty, hydraulically operated vehicle designed for the safe transport and tipping of molten slag in steel plants and foundries. Its primary role is to handle high-temperature slag (typically exceeding 1,400°C) generated during steelmaking, ensuring efficient disposal while minimizing thermal exposure risks to operators and equipment.

Scrap Transporter is a specialized material handling vehicle designed for efficient transport of ladles, baskets, or frame in steel plants and foundries. Its primary function is to safely transfer cold scrap from port or warehouse to EAF. At the same time, we have scrap dumping truck, except the common function, it has dumping function.

Ladle carrier is usally used for transporting steel ladle filled by steel liquid in steel plant. The refractory material is installed inside of steel ladle for high temperature. We design two driving cabin for easy driving and steering. Each cabin is covered by a steel roof for safety. This kind of tyre type of ladle transporter is more flexible than rail type of transporter. It is widely used in the steel plants.

Steel plate/coil transporter is a good solution used in steel plant for transporting hot/cold slab, steel plate and steel coils. The huge capacity and reliable performace are appreciated by steel plants. The capacity can reach 700t at usual. The running speed can reach to 5-10km/h. The multi mode steering will make operation simple and fast.

The pipe carrier/lifter is usually used in steel plant to life and transport steel pipes. It has lifting crane functions and transportation functions. When the pipe production is finished, this machine can lift and move to the storage yard. Its effcient lifting and flexiable moving is highly appreciated by customers. The capacity and span can be customized by our factory and match the customer's site condition. 

Shipyard Transporter is widely used in shipyards or port for transporting heavy vessel segments or steel structures. The capacity covers a big range up to 700t. Two sets of shipyard transporter can be coupled together by WiFi or cable to carry bigger size of steel structures, one operator can drive two transporter at the same time. The steering is very flexible. One cabin or two cabin can be designed. 

Self-Propelled Modular Transporter (SPMT) is the industry-standard heavy-duty transport system used in shipyards to move massive ship sections with precision and efficiency. Composed of multiple independently powered and steerable axle modules, SPMTs can be dynamically configured in various combinations—side-by-side or end-to-end—to handle loads exceeding 10,000 tons. Each module is equipped with hydraulic suspension and 360-degree steering, enabling lateral movement, rotation around a central point, and precise alignment during shipblock transfer from fabrication halls to slipways.

The rail mounted gantry crane is working in shipyards or port for many years. It works on rail and the capacity can be very big. As the cost is much lower than straddle carrier, if the rail can be installed in site and the working rage is in small area, the gantry crane for lifting and moving is one of best solution.
