The new Q700 is the most technologically advanced sonicator available today. A state-of-the-art touch screen interface offers intuitive control and provides a user-friendly experience. The most important feature of a Sonicator is reproducibility. Improved internal circuitry guarantees more efficient operation, sample-to-sample consistency and most importantly, a reliable end result.

The Q500 is a powerful ultrasonic processor featuring programmable operation and a digital display of operating parameters. Popular applications include nanoparticle dispersion, creating emulsions, cell lysis and homogenization. Adjustable pulse On and Off times can be programmed from 1 second to 1 minute. Total programming has a maximum setting of 10 hours. A wide variety of probes and accessories are available to handle virtually any application.

The Q125 is a microprocessor based, programmable ultrasonic processor. Features include pulse mode and a digital display of both wattage and joules. The unit is effective for standard cell disruption, DNA/RNA shearing, homogenization and many other applications. The Q125 is ideal for small samples and for customers that do not plan to scale up to larger volumes in the future. This model offers the same programming and display features as the Q500 unit.

The Q55 is a compact and cost effective ultrasonic processor that will occupy less bench space than any unit on the market. This model is effective for standard cell disruption and many other small volume applications. Probes are available in three different sizes.

The Q2000 offers the ability to process large volumes in individual batches or flow through applications. This model includes a high amplitude (100um), 1.5" diameter probe and booster. The Q2000 is powerful, durable and customizable. The Q2000 with standard probe is recommended for 5-20L samples. Routine applications include emulsification, cell lysis, degassing, homogenization, solubilizing, deagglomerating and dispersing. 2 additional probe sizes (½” and 1” diameter) are available to accommodate smaller volumes. The Q2500 is our most powerful and durable Sonicator. This model includes a 1.5” diameter, 15” long, high amplitude (100um) probe with booster. This model is recommended for processing volumes of approximately 10-50L. Applications include emulsification, degassing, homogenization, solubilizing, deagglomerating and dispersing. Processing volumes are application specific. There are many variables (viscosity, concentration, etc.) that can affect the min/max processing volumes and processing times.

The Q800R3 is our 2nd generation DNA and Chromatin shearing system. Improvements include an enhanced user-friendly design and quieter operation while remaining thousands of dollars less than the competition. Samples can be sheared to a range of fragment sizes (150bp – 3kb). The system is compatible with commercially available sample tubes and is capable of processing up to 18 samples at one time. Multiple tube rack options can accommodate 50ul - 1ml sample volumes using a variety of standard sample tubes. The Q800R3 is a complete package including a chiller to control temperature, digital operating system with programmable memory, high intensity ultrasonics and sound reducing enclosure.

Keep your samples cool during sonication. Sonication generates heat which may be detrimental to most applications. The #4905 high capacity chiller easily automates the cooling process. Controlling temperature by adding ice chips and repeatedly changing the water is no longer necessary. The #4905 model does not have an internal reservoir to hold water. It will circulate and chill the water held within a cup horn or microplate horn without affecting the water level.

The Digital Series is our most advanced ultrasonic cleaning unit. It features the benefits of heated cleaning (up to 69°C/156.2°F) plus complete digital control with programmable capabilities and self-adaptive technology for consistent, worry-free operation. In addition to cleaning, Qsonica baths can be used for a variety of applications. All Qsonica cleaners are made with a stainless steel tank and chemically resistant plastic body. A cover is included with each unit. A mesh basket or perforated tray must be ordered separately. A Basket is recommended for cleaning small items and the Tray is for use with heavier items or items that must be held upright and level (i.e. beakers).
