Qualatis training

This IATF 16949 training course is designed to give you an understanding of the aims and requirements of IATF 16949:2016 and its application. It covers quality management systems and a brief introduction to the core automotive tools; SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP and MSA. Developed specifically for those within the automotive sector implementing quality management, involved in quality assurance for the first time, or without prior experience of quality systems.

8D problem solving is an 8 step process for to investigate and identify the root cause of a concern, identify robust solutions to stop re-occurrence.  Whilst this problem solving methodology has been developed by the automotive sector it is also widely used outside of the automotive sector too.

This course focuses on the auditing tools and techniques required to conduct internal audits in the automotive supply chain. It is beneficial to complete the one day Introduction to IATF 16949 course prior to attending this course to ensure the delegates have a complete understanding of the IATF 16949 standard.

This course has been designed and developed specifically for those involved in auditing within the automotive industry supply chain and to meet the requirements of IATF 16949.

IATF 16949:2016 includes requirement for suppliers to automotive industry to become registered to IATF 16949:2016. These requirements relate to design and development, production and when relevant, installation and service of automotive-related products throughout the automotive supply chain.

Developed for those implementing a quality management system, involved in ISO9001:2015 quality systems for the first time or wishing to attend a course without prior experience of quality systems.
