RT and RTA-2 dry material samplers are made to sample from pneumatic lines and conveyors, either positive or negative. These fully automatic air-operated samplers deliver accurate, frequent samples with no metal-to-metal contact between parts. The RTA-2 ejects the sample with a controlled jet of air. At rest position, the sample tube is out of the process line. The RTA-2 is completely explosion-proof so it’s perfect for hazardous locations. The RT discharges the sample by an auger. At rest position, the sample tube is out of the process line.

The RTRD-3 sampler delivers an unlimited sample volume from pneumatic lines because the sample is being discharged while the tube is extended into the conveying line. Between sampling cycles, the sampling tube is retracted from the line, creating no obstruction to the conveying system. This model also includes dual, heavy-duty air cylinders.

The L Series is a time-proven line of liquid sampler units for pressurized lines. They are air- or electric-operated, and expel samples by gravity into a receptacle located beneath the sampler. The Model LF takes a 4cc sample; Model LL, a 15cc sample; and the Model LL-50, a 50cc sample per cycle. The maximum line pressure is 40 psi.

TS-3A and TSR-3A models are air-powered tube and screw samplers for sampling powders and granules from gravity flow locations. The TS-3A mounts on two sides of the chute while the TSR-3A mounts on one side of the chute. Both feature a 1.5-inch OD stainless steel sample tube with a full-length sample slot opening and an internal stainless steel auger.

Delivering a true cross-cut sample of your material flow, these air- or electric-drive samplers are available in sizes to match your chute. Secondary splitters are available. The DC and DD-2 samplers can be supplied in mild steel or stainless steel, and can sample materials up to two inches in size.

The SG is an air-operated sampler built for sampling of screw and drag conveyors. When the control system activates the sampler, a sliding door opens and allows a fractional amount of product to flow through the machine into a sampler container. This inexpensive sampler is custom-made for your mounting.

Whether you need single or composite sample holders in glass, plastic or plastic bags, QM&M has a discrete sample carousel that fits your needs. Our systems are as custom as your imagination, but all use a precision, air-driven indexing table that can be set for any number of positions.

Sample containers, two-bottle receivers and plastic bag holders are available in stainless steel or plastic. A variety of inlet sizes are available to match sample discharge sizes.
