The Quantek Model 901 is a battery-operated, portable headspace oxygen analyzer. Other headspace analyzers require a new sensor every 1-2 years.   The Model 901 is equipped with a long life sensor, expected to last 5+ years. The Model 901 is trusted by small and large food packagers, producers, and quality control personnel throughout the world. Use it in the lab, or on the packaging line.  Non-technical personnel will find it very easy to use – and at less than 3 pounds, it can be easily transported to other locations.

The Quantek Model 905 is a benchtop, portable oxygen analyzer used primarily for the measurement of residual oxygen in gas-flushed food packages. The Model 905 is used for the measurement of residual oxygen in food packages. With an expected oxygen sensor life of 4-5 years, it vastly outperforms other oxygen analyzers with a cheap sensor that might last 1-2 years.

The Quantek Model 905V is a pharmaceutical headspace oxygen analyzer. Use it for headspace oxygen analysis in pharmaceutical products – vials, blister packs, bottles, or difficult tubes of products (such as cosmetics). Achieve results with as little as 1cc of headspace.

The Quantek Model 201 is a portable oxygen analyzer used primarily for the measurement of O2 concentration in gas flows, chambers, or gas flushed hoods (such as glove boxes). The analyzer comes with both an “open faced” fitting and a T-fitting, allowing it to be used for analyzing gas flows, or set in chambers where oxygen levels need to be monitored. The sensor operation is not sample flow dependent, and accurate results are obtained on both static and flowing samples.

The Model 905P is a process O2 analyzer, designed to check oxygen levels in all types of processes, gas blending, biotech, fermentation, fruit storage areas, welding gases, and controlled atmosphere rooms. If you require 0-1000ppm analysis, please see our ZR1000.
For those applications where a source of sample flow is not available, the 905P can be equipped with an optional sample pump which can operate in a continuous or batch (1-10 seconds) mode.

The Quantek Model ZR1000 is a trace oxygen analyzer used for the measurement of trace oxygen in all types of inert environments. The ultra-fast zirconia sensor will respond from 1000 to 10 ppm in about 23 seconds, as opposed to other instruments which may take minutes to reach 10ppm. This unit is powered by an AC to 12Vdc power supply/adapter, or an optional Ni-MH rechargeable battery pack, with 8-10 hours of operation before recharging is required.

The Quantek Model 906 CO2 Analyzer is designed for continuous or spot measurement and analysis of carbon dioxide levels. Analysis ranges of 0-5,000ppm, 0-10,000ppm, 0-25,000ppm, 0-20%, or 0-100% vol/vol. Simply introduce your sample gas flow into the inlet of the Model 906 CO2 analyzer, and see results on the LCD within 15-20 seconds. The inlet accepts a flow rate of 5cc/min to 1000 cc/min. If you don’t have a source of flow or positive pressure, the analyzer can be equipped with an internal pump to draw in sample gas for analysis.

The Q2 is a Portable Oxygen and CO2 analyzer, used for research or package testing. The Q2 is a portable headspace analyzer for measurement of O2 and CO2 levels in gas flushed MAP packages (such as coffee or meat products).  Alternately, the Q2 can be used for portable O2 and CO2 measurements for research applications (such as cell culture incubators). It weighs only 2 lbs, and comes with rechargeable batteries, sample probe, charger, and accessories to begin sampling.  There is also an optional hard carry case for easy portability and protection.

The Quantek Model 902D is a benchtop oxygen and CO2 headspace analyzer, primarily used for gas flushed food packages.  Achieve accurate oxygen and carbon dioxide measurements in 20-25 seconds. This headspace analyzer contains an internal pump to draw in sample from your package and display O2 and CO2 concentration results in 30 seconds. The expected oxygen sensor life is typically 5 years, unlike other analyzers with a sensor that last 1-2 years, reducing total cost of ownership, and analyzer downtime.
