Please describe in detail your measurement goals - are you measuring a food package? Are you measuring a chamber? What is the temperature of the gas? Are there other gases present? The more information you provide, the better we can help with product selection, configuration, and consultation!

Instructions: No RMA is needed; please include contact information in the form of a business card, as well as a brief description of the symptoms and/or problem, to the best of your ability. Typical turnaround time for repairs and calibrations is 1-4 days.  If you require fast turnaround, please ship to us using an air service (such as Next Day or 2nd Day A.M.) so the analyzer is received in the morning.
