Quick Tanks can provide custom engineered ASME or standard (QWTC) ASME pressure vessels to suit your application. ASME pressure vessels are designed and built per the ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII, Division 1.

Quick Tanks can provide custom engineered non-code or standard (QWT) non-code pressure vessels to suit your application. Non-code pressure vessels are designed with a 3:1 safety factor using a broad range of carbon steel and provide an economic alternative to ASME pressure vessels, often with a shorter lead time. Seismically rated supports are available as an option. These vessels are subjected to an air test prior to painting and can be shipped mill finish, prepared for rubber lining, or lined and painted by us.

Quick Tanks maintains a stock of ready-to-ship ASME code and non-code vessels in our warehouse. These tanks conform to our QWT and QWTC product standards in sizes from 20” to 60” in diameter.

Quick Tanks can provide custom engineered ASME code or non-code storage and hydropneumatic tanks, as well as standard ASME (QHTC) and non-code (QHT) tanks. These tanks are typically horizontal and can be supplied with loose or welded carbon steel saddles. These tanks are typically used in mobile home parks, truck stops, or anywhere that a large water supply is needed. These tanks are often installed below grade or partially inserted through a well house wall.

Quick Tanks manufacturers the highest quality galvanized hydropneumatic tanks on the market. Our galvanized tanks are galvanized after all welding is complete to provide excellent corrosion resistance even in welded areas. The galvanized lining is certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 61, including Annex G, and Standard 372. These tanks are typically used in residential water storage. These tanks range from 12 to 900 gallons. We manufacture over 16,000 of these tanks annually and keep several thousands in stock for immediate shipment. In addition, to our standard tanks we can build custom galvanized hydropneumatic tanks. Quick Tanks can provide complete system assembly including internals, face piping, equipment skids, platforms, and electrical wiring. We can supply and fabricate PVC, CPVC, and unlined carbon steel piping. We can also provide the assembly services for customer supplied ductile iron and stainless steel piping. This allows your system to ship from our shop directly to the job site. This service can reduce freight cost and job site installation issues.
