Visual Recognition Quality Assurance System for Aerosol Packs

R&R Aerosol Systems has developed an advanced visual recognition quality assurance system designed to optically inspect aerosol packs exiting a shrink-wrapper or other packaging machinery. This system can be seamlessly retro-fitted to existing packing lines, positioned between the wrapping process and palletization. The system ensures the correct positioning and integrity of aerosol containers, with an analytical software capable of correctly identifying container positions as long as the pack is within 30 degrees of the selected pack pattern. It can process up to 22 packs per minute, ensuring faulty packs are efficiently identified and rejected. The control system features a beacon stack with multi-tone sounder for clear status indications, including operating, stop, and full rejected pack holding table alerts. Using the latest camera and sensor technologies, the system comprises distinct sections dedicated to high-precision pack inspection, integrating functionality to suit varying operational speeds and configurations within aerosol production lines.
