Radhe - Biomass Hammer Mill

Hammer Mill is utilized for convert uniform Sizing raw material / Bio-mass. Some agricultural stalk like cotton stalk. Hammer mill is the best solution to sizing any kind of Biomass as per required size. Bottom screen can be change as per desired output size. Screw conveyor feed input raw material to Hammering chamber, where nos. of hammer rods are moving and hammering to biomass till convert in screening size Blower and Cyclone is for handling discharge output material.

Distance between fix bed and bled is give output size result. It can be adjustable. System is operate threw 25 Hp electric motor or Mobile system can be work to joint at PTO shaft of tractor.

The Belt conveyor is fitted on frame structure with supported rollers. It is operated threw electric motor . Feeding hoper on below end and adjustable height to set other end of Belt conveyor. Four wheels is very useful to move one place to another near loading truck.

Radhe - Pellet Mill

Pelletizing is a binder less process to compact finely pulverized material into firm mass of a required shape and size by extruding it through a metallic ring die or Flat Die. Instead of Binder steam works as a natural binder for pelletizing. Finely ground material is fed into the Pellet Mill through a feeder and then pressed into a rotating ring die with the help of two press rolls free to rotate on their respective shafts. The resulting pressure compresses the material and extrudes it through the holes in the die. In flat die Pellet Mill same two or four press roller rotate and dandified material as required hole size. For smaller model flat die is good.

The project is simply process of converting Agro-forestry or Bio-mass waste into Briquettes. Briquetting is a process of densification of biomass to produce homogeneous, uniformly sized solid pieces of high bulk density which can be conveniently used as a fuel. In a screw extruder press, the biomass is extruded continuously by a screw through a heated taper die which can reduce the friction. Briquettes quality and production procedure is far superior to piston press technology. The central hole incorporated into the briquettes produced by a screw extruder helps to achieve uniform and efficient combustion and also these briquettes can be carbonized.
