And all this process done without using any chemical. Therefore this technology is known as binder less technology.

The super-70 briquetitng machine is launched by RICO in the year 1992. The Super-70 Briquetting plant is perfect suitable where availability of raw material is medium. And this model is best who want medium scale production of briquettes. The Super-70 Briquetting machine is made with superior quality and contains world class quality. It requires low operational cost and save maintenance cost also. Any type of raw material directly fed into Briquetting machine and raw material compressed under high pressure without using chemical or sulfur.

A crusher / cutter machine is used to convert raw material in small particle. Some raw material is available in large parts so it cannot be directly fed into Briquetting machine so crusher through we can convert it into small parts. Than small parts of raw material fed into Briquetting plant and it is ready to make briquettes. Our Briquetting machine is generally able to grind material up to 25mm. And raw material size exceeds 25mm then there is a need of crusher machine and small parts directly fed into Briquetting machine. Generally Straw type waste like Coconut Leaves, Cotton Stalks having size above 100 mm must be crushed in the crusher & afterwards this crushed material is ready to feed in the Briquetting machine directly.

Hammer mill is one of the products through which we can convert raw material into powder form. The main function of hammer mill is to convert raw material into powder form. If raw material size exceeds 25mm than directly it cannot be fed into a Briquetting machine so there is a need to convert raw material into powder form. The material with 0-100 mm is fed in the conveyor. It goes to Hammer Mill from the conveyor where it is ground with lots of blades which are there in the Hammer Mill. Then the final material available which is fed into a Briquetting machine to make briquettes. To convert raw material into powder form power requirement is 34 HP and input size of raw material is above 25 mm.

Briquetting plant is the plant to convert all types of agriculture, forestry and industrial waste into solid fuel. Briquettes are formed in cylindrical logs using high mechanical pressure without the use of chemical or binder.
