The Redman fittings are a unique and innovative solution to quickly and easily connect polyethylene pipes for potable and non-potable water applications. Suitable for all polyethylene water pipes, as well as Radius Systems’ Puriton and selected barrier pipes used for the transportation of potable water in contaminated land, the Redman fittings joint can be made in all weather conditions even with water in the pipeline. Simple to install with little pipe preparation, the joint is made by pressurising the outer shell of the fitting using a dedicated hydraulic pump. Once made, the Redman fitting provides a ‘fit and forget’ end-load-bearing joint. Available in diameters 63mm to 180mm, the Redman fittings offer a full corrosion resistant alternative to existing polyethylene pipe jointing methods.

Lightweight and flexible our water service pipes offer installers a fully welded system which is low maintenance and corrosion free, for a longer service life. Quick and easy to install, our polyethylene pipes can be supplied in longer lengths, reducing the number of joints required in the system and are a cost effective alternative to concrete or metallic pipelines.

PE100 High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipe - For potable water above ground, pumped & pressurised gravity sewer systems and hydroelectricity applications. Manufactured from conventional PE100 (HDPE) material, our solid wall polyethylene black pipes are ideal for potable and non-potable water applications, specifically for pumped and gravity sewer and hydroelectricity purposes. With our capability to manufacture bespoke diameters up to 1200mm as well as non-standard lengths and SDRs, our polyethylene pipes are ideal for use in pipe rehabilitation projects, as a liner for damaged metallic pipelines.  Strong, lightweight and flexible, our pipes can be joined together using standard electrofusion or butt-fusion jointing techniques.
