Safe, Clean, Quick: Sleeve Lining

Sleeve lining is the most economical and technically durable answer to the problems in the main sewer, house connection and ground pipe.Our sleeve lining is based on a liner made of polyester needled felt / glass fibre impregnated with synthetic resin and is used in the nominal diameter range from DN 100 to DN 1200.Epoxy resins, UP resins and vinyl ester resins are used depending on the application and effluent charge.

Short Pipe Relining

Short pipe relining is the laying of factory quality-assured pipes in the existing sewer without excavation. The method can be used in all circular, oval and special profiles up to the range of nominal sizes large enough to walk through.

Spot Repair

Many cases of damage in the sewer are isolated defects. We rectify these quickly and reliably by lining the structure using the spot repair method in the nominal diameter range DN 100 to DN 1000.A made-to-measure, glass fibre fabric impregnated with three-component silicate-based resin is installed pneumatically in the damaged area using camera monitoring and then cold cured.Spot repair is a solution that can withstand structural loads and is also corrosion and abrasion-resistant. Installation takes just a few hours.The spot repair materials are not only high performance, they have also been proven to be environmentally sound.
