RAM-SPC equipment allows to stabilize dust on tracks and storage in quarries and mining and industrial sites, to suppress flights created by wind and trucks traffic. The principle consists in defining on areas, an artificial rainfall perfectly controlled to maintain an automatic superficial humidity at least equivalent to the current superficial evaporation. In option, we propose an automatic supervision by weather PLC and the application of products which substitute water to win up to 90% of water from a manual watering.

VOLTA-RAM is based on the technology of electrostaic filters used and unanimously appreciated by industry. The electric forces are used to separate particles and lead dusts molecules to receiving electrodes by a negative ionisation effect. Easy to maintain with its adjustable system of pneumatic knocking, it benefits from the global expertise of SAMES in piloting the high voltage and provides high performance capture (above 90%).

RAM Environnement launches the fourth generation of TURBO-RAM with power take-off, the TR2215. Always equipped with off-road wheels, he has now a new 2200 litre capacity tank with a reservoir of 2000 useful litres capacity and a flushing one with a capacity increased to 2000 litres, to meet sprayer’s new rinsing standards: a volume particularly suitable for demolition issues and public works.

RAM Environnement launched its 300 mm diameter mini-TURBO CANON at the Intermat 2009, meeting the needs of dust suppression in covered sites (screening room, loading dock, storage box, etc. ...), but also for inner demolition , asbestos removal or for treatment of odours in semi-open site. Its 6 to 15 m range, combined with low power (less than 1kW at 240V) the TRD300 is available on modular chassis and handy (Tank-Top or Cobra), or arranged in frames, and can respond to the majority of the cases in point.

Easy to install without large structural changes of the engine, RAM-ED is particularly suitable for urban use for excavators (all brands) equipped with hydraulic clamps, since operating directly on the high-pressure network of the excavator.
