Rapid-Veyor - Model (PMC) - Portable Modular Conveyor

Our Portable Modular Conveyor systems are engineered to improve efficiency while increasing labor savings. We offer 12” and 18” wide PMCs, and they are both available in 12.5’ or 20’ long individual sections that seamlessly connect with our collection of parts and accessories for optimal versatility. All models can plug into any 120 VAC outlet or generator. The 18” Wide Portable Modular Conveyor is our newest product. It shares the same design as the proven 12” PMC, except it’s wider. Now, we can easily accommodate all your conveyor needs. Unlike many other conventional conveyors that operate at fixed speeds and in one direction, our systems feature multi-directional capabilities and variable speed control. The conveyor beds are expertly crafted from lightweight and durable aluminum, offering portability and resilience. Plus, they’re made in the USA and are backed by a two-year warranty.

The Rapid-Veyor PMC Storage Cart offers an efficient solution for storing and transporting conveyor systems. Designed to be compatible with the Rapid-Veyor PMC conveyor system, this storage cart is engineered to hold up to 100 feet of conveyor in manageable 12.5-foot sections, enhancing your organization's material handling capabilities. The cart's durable construction features sturdy, airless casters ensuring smooth mobility without the risk of flat tires. Its lightweight design reduces labor effort, making it easy to move and deploy the conveyor where needed. The sleek black powder-coated finish provides a professional appearance and adds to the cart's durability for long-term use. With a footprint of about 13 feet by 2 feet, it optimally utilizes storage space, and the cart comes with a two-year warranty, guaranteeing its reliability and quality.

Rapid-Veyor - Model DID-A - Drop In Drive-A (DID) System

Our Drop-In Drive-A takes portable conveyor belts to a whole other level! This drive model is positioned vertically “above” the belt, which helps run the belt on the ground, benches, or any other flat surface. Simply plug the DID-A into a 120 VAC outlet or generator and connect it to any Non-Motor section to power it. The standard width is 12” with an 18” option available.

Rapid-Veyor - Model 2091 - Below-Belt Drop-In Drive-B System for Portable Conveyors

The Drop-In Drive-B is designed to enhance the utility of portable conveyor systems, particularly those widths that exceed the bed limits. This below-belt drive system allows for unobstructed top access, making it a versatile addition to any conveyor setup. It can be easily powered by a 120 VAC outlet or generator and is compatible with any Non-Motor conveyor section. Capable of handling runs up to approximately 50 feet, the Drop-In Drive-B can be deployed inline for longer transport or used in short, portable configurations on benches or stands. Notably portable, this drive system is ideal for varied applications such as greenhouses or truck loading, where its compatibility with smaller generators adds to its flexibility.
