Avionics Test Systems - Air Data Calibrators

Raptor Scientific - Air Data Calibrator

The ADC-2500V3 Air Data Calibrator is designed for high-precision calibration tasks requiring reliability and accuracy. It features a 10.4-inch high-resolution LED back-lit LCD display for clear, uncluttered interfacing. Control and data input are facilitated via an included USB keyboard and mouse. The device incorporates two non-density sensitive transducers to maintain exceptional accuracy. No mechanical adjustments are needed as corrections are software-driven, allowing the calibrator to hold its accuracy for at least one year. The ADC-2500V3 is particularly beneficial for users maintaining TTU-205 test sets, thanks to its Enhanced Calibration Capability (ECC) software for fully automated calibrations and pre-checks. This system records and stores data in tabular or graphical formats and can generate and print reports for comprehensive record keeping. It can be operated remotely using RS-232 or IEEE-488.2 interfaces and includes multiple safety features like pressure regulation and over-limit protection to safeguard both the calibrator and the device under test.

Raptor Scientific - Air Data Calibrator

The ADC-2550V3 is a sophisticated air data management system, designed to control and measure Altitude and Airspeed pressures with high precision. This system is tailored for various commercial and military test applications, exceeding most standard requirements. Featuring two digi-quartz absolute pressure transducers, the calibrator ensures exceptional accuracy and stability. Operators can utilize the expansive 10.4-inch glass PCAP touchscreen to control the device directly from the front panel. The user-friendly graphical interface offers multiple modes including Measure, Control, Leak Test, Test Program, Remote, and Calibration. It supports multiple interfaces such as RS-232, IEEE-488.2, VGA, USB2.0, and RJ-45. For enhanced safety, the ADC includes input pressure regulation, over-range/limit protection, micro-porous filters, and screening to protect against debris. Pressure relief valves and manual venting options safeguard both the unit and the UUT. The Test Program mode enables the creation of numerous test routines for efficient and consistent testing. Calibration can be performed using a Primary Pressure Standard like the ADCS601 or Dead Weight. The ADC software is designed for ease of use, featuring intuitive operation modes accessible via touchscreen, mouse, or keyboard. Complementary pressure and vacuum sources, available in benchtop or rackmount formats, provide the necessary clean, dry air.
