RFL’s PTFE Sleeved Plug Valves are primarily ON/OFF valves designed for efficient handling of highly corrosive process mediums. They provide effective sealing in low pressure service. Sleeve are made from PTFE that acts as self -lubricant and hence, a maintenance free “fit and forget” valve. RFL’s Sleeved Plug Valves comes in different models, end connections, operations and are qualified for fire safe and low fugitive emission standards as per latest editions.

Q-Check V Notched Ball Valve is designed for on/off control or throttling applications. Pressure Rating : PN16/#150. Operating Temperature Range : NITRIL: -20°C to 80°C/ EPDM: -20°C to 120°C. Seat Leakage : Tight Shut Off.

FULL PORT, Bi-Directional Flow, Better Corosion Resistance than Steel and Alloy. The Liner is Locked by Grooves permitted the sight glass to be used on High Vaccum and pressure applications without Line collapse and Blow-out. Fitted with Toughned Glass. External Body is coated with corrosion resistant paint. All Lined Portion are spark Tested to 10,000V. 

As per ANSI B16.5 class 150# Stantard 2 Fixed flange.
