Most methods used in Merilni laboratorij RACI are standard reference methods. These methods are according to European directives and Slovenian legislation the first choice for measurements we perform. In Merilni laboratorij RACI we offer: initial measurements and monitoring of emission into the atmosphere from stationary emission sources, periodic measurements of gases in processes, emission and in ambient air, parallel measurements for inspection of automated measuring systems (QAL 2 and AST according to EN 14181).

Kontrolni organ RACI performs inspections very few other inspection bodies do: inspection of automated measuring systems (QAL2 and AST according to SIST EN 14181), inspection of portable emission analysers, inspection of personal detectors, inspection of devices for preparation of gas mixtures.

We offer a comprehensive: Front End Engineering Design for gas analytics (FEED), which includes: Translating the client`s needs into a conceptual design and then a basic design, design of the project task and then the design and definition of the individual phases of the project, helps to determine feasibility and initial project cost estimates.

We offer consulting in the field of operational monitoring, which is becoming increasingly important in ensuring the quality of production, the quality of products and in the protection of devices as well as humans. We also offer comprehensive consulting in the field of gas analytics: from legislation, conformity assessment, evaluation of results and periodic environmental reporting.

We provide our users regular and competent maintenance of gas analytics systems to ensure high quality, i.e. reliability, comparability and traceability of measurements while ensuring a comprehensive and competent service for gas analytics. We provide users with wear and tear material, spare parts, on-site maintenance, and equipment repair.

Our production involves the integration of proven analytical equipment into complex operational monitoring systems. These provide competent and complient solutions using modern and proven automatic measuring systems.

Professional and competent installation is a prerequisite for the proper functioning of gas analytics systems, which is why we offer comprehensive custom-built solutions for every customer. Therefore, we regularly perform Installation Qualification (IQ) as part of our service to verify the correctness of the installation of the system.

With our long-standing and extensive experience, we guarantee high quality of commissioning of gas analytics systems. Thus, as part of our service, we regularly perform: Operational Qualification (OQ) to verify the correctness of the system, and Performance Qualification (PQ) to check how the system works.

Finnish company Gasmet is the leading producer of portable FTIR analysers. The big advantage of these analysers is measurement of up to 50 gases simultaneously. Different versions of portable FTIR analysers can be used for emission measurements as well as measurements of greenhouse gases, industrial hygiene, firefighting and similar.

German company Paul Gothe GmbH has almost 100-year tradition of manufacturing measuring equipment. In their portfolio they have equipment for measurements of particles, individual compounds, PCDD/F, PAH, PCB, velocity with Pitot tubes and other. Their advantage is a modular system, where parts of the system can be used for several purposes, development of measuring equipment in cooperation with competent authorities and own production in Germany.
