CCTV Inspection
Rausch - CCTV-Inspection System
CCTV-inspections ranging from DN 100 to DN 2.500 operating camera crawlers at up to 550m cable length. With the Rausch top-of-the-line version RCA proline, you experience CCTV inspection at the highest quality and comfort. Digital control and display unit, fully synchronised cable drums, a modular camera crawler in an overall ergonomic concept. These features speak for themselves. In conjunction with our M-Series, the RCA proline sets the gold standard among the CCTV inspection systems.
ECO-STAR - Variable Control Unit
The variable control unit ECO STAR 400 is our space-saving, built-in solution for CCTV inspections. The power is supplied by low weight, rechargable lithium-ion batteries. These are directly charged with an auxiliary charging unit during the operation of the vehicle. Alternatively, the power supply with a generator is possible. Of course the Rausch ECO STAR 400 built-in version can be expanded with our modular system of the M-Series.
Leak Detection
Premus - Portable Pressure System
Portable system to test manholes, mainlinesand light fluid separators. In addition to manhole and mainline tests - like the Premus MH - Premus 150 allows tests of pipes up to 300 mm with air up to 350 mbar (optional: water and air test up to 1 bar).
PREMUS - Build in System for Water /Air Pressure Tests
Built-in system for air or vacuum tests of sections from 70 mm - 2500 mm. Build in system for water /air pressure tests of main lines from 70 - 2000 mm with separate crane to lower the test plugs and bubbles into the manhole. Rear room with stainless steel walls and corrugated aluminium flooring, aluminium profile racks, water tank, vacuum pump and generator. Extendable for tests with water up to 1 bar, manhole and light fluid separator tests.
Premus - Joint Pressure Test System
Pressure test system for single joint tests from 200 - 600 mm (Patent No.DE19740276). The tests can be carried out either by air or water; the test sleeves are separately filled. Packer pressure, variable 1,5 - 4,5 bar; test pressure selectable up to 500 mbar. This pressure test system consists of the control unit Premus 600, supplemented by the respective Kampac test packer according to the pipe diameters. A pan and tilt camera is integrated inside the packer. Between the two packer sleeves, is a Plexiglas which allows the camera a 360°view of the pipe for accurate positioning and optical control of the joint during the tests.
PREMUS - Section Test Packer System with Vario Kampac
The Vario Kampac has two test plugs, connected via a telescopic rod for leak tests up to 5 m distance with one end having a packer together with a pan and tilt camera. Similar to our satellite systems, there is a special adaptor for a flexible or spring-loaded connection to the main camera. At this connection, the lateral sealing plug is fixed; which is then accurately positioned through the movement of the pan and tilt of the camera as well as through the maneuvering of the crawler.
Rausch - Manhole & Separator Pressure Test System
Pressure test system for testing of manholes and/or liquid separators. Test accuracy (10 hours) 0.1 mm. LGA certificate BMW 0420285-01. With the temperature compensating relative pressure test sensor (0-40 mbar) a precise pressure test of separators in accordance with DIN 1999-100 is achieved.
Fexible Packer with Integrated Camera
Fexible packer with integrated camera for pressure tests of laterals, joints and pipe sections with air. Application in combination with the Premus control units in manual operation from 100 - 150 mm (optional up to 200 mm)
Quick-Lock
Quick-Lock - Liner System
Unique spot repair system based on compression technique! System for spot repair of the pipes with V4A stainless steel sleeves (Type of Material 1.4571) for diameters from 150 - 700 mm. Duroplastic EPDM rubber with extreme high durability. Rehabilitation system with DIBT-approval Nr. Z-42.3-374. Lines are mostly damaged due to poor joint sealing, tectonic movements and exposure to dynamic traffic. The Quick-Lock-System has therefore been designed to achieve durability and resilience.
