RAYS FLOW CONTROL - Model JPLS - Small-Port Single Seated Control Valves
RAYS FLOW CONTROL's JPLS Small-Port Single Seated Control Valves provide precise flow control in both high and low-temperature, high-pressure environments. These valves boast a compact design with high flow capacity and efficiency when paired with suitable actuators. Notable features include a straight-through, single-seated cast globe valve body, S-shaped flow path for reduced pressure loss, and large flow capacity. Nominal sizes are available in 20mm and 25mm, with pressure ratings from ANSI Class 125 to 600 and JIS and PN standards. Materials include ZG251, ZGICrl8Ni9, and other high-grade alloys. The actuators are pneumatic diaphragm types with multi-spring configurations and can handle air supply pressures ranging from 0.14 to 0.40MPa. The valve also supports various accessories such as positioners and lock-up valves, making it suitable for precise control in industrial applications such as oil and gas, petrochemical, and power plants.
