Standard Bearings
RCB - Cylindrical Roller Bearings
The internal structure of cylindrical roller bearings is roller arranged in parallel, roller spaced by cage or isolation block, this can prevent roller tilt or avoid the friction between rollers, preventing the increase in rotational torque. Cylindrical roller contact with raceway in line, carrying large loads, mainly bear radial loads. The friction between roller and blocking washer is small, suitable for high-speed rotation. According to whether the rings with ribs, the cylindrical roller bearings divided into NU, NJ, NUP, N, NF single-row cylindrical roller bearings and NNU, NN double-row cylindrical roller bearings, These bearings are separable structure in inner ring and outer ring.
RCB - Tapered Roller Bearings
Tapered roller bearings have tapered inner and outer ring raceways and tapered rollers and cage which are applied in combination of radial and axial (thrust) loads. The non-separable inner ring and roller assembly is called the "cone", and the outer ring is called the "cup". Internal clearance is established during mounting by the axial position of the cone relative to the cup. The bearing could be divided into single row, double-row and four-row taper roller bearings with different structures according to the columns of their rollers.
RCB - Spherical Roller Bearings
Spherical roller bearing has two rows of rollers, it is mainly carrying radial load as well as axial load in either direction. This kind of bearing has high radial load capacity, and it is especially suitable for working under heavy load or vibration load, but it could not carry pure axial load. The raceway of the bearing outer ring is spherical surface, so it has good performance in self-aligning, and could compensate the coaxial error.
Automobile Bearings
RCB - Wheel Hubs Bearings
The main role of hub bearings is loading and providing accurate guidance for the wheel, it is loads both axial and radial load, it is a very important part. Traditional automotive hub bearings are composed of two sets of tapered roller bearings or ball bearings combined, the installation, oiling, sealing and clearance of bearing are carried out in the production line, this structure make it difficult to assemble in the automobile manufacturing plant, high cost, poor reliability. But the hub bearing unit is in the standard angular contact ball bearings and tapered roller bearings developed on the basis of it, the hub bearings unit with the assembly of good performance, can be omitted clearance adjustment, light weight, compact structure, load capacity large, sealed bearings can be pre-filled with grease.they are becoming more and more unitized, from the first-GEN to the third GEN, and fourth GEN, evolving into lightweight, more and more convenient product.
RCB - Clutch Release Bearing
Clutch bearings belong to a kind of aligning bearings, which will be installed between clutch and gearbox. This enable them to have capacity to reduce wearing, noise and temper rise caused by contacting with clapboard when rotating. They are with small volume, light weight and compact structure. Additionally, can work in good condition under inferior application.
RCB - Tensioner Pulley Bearings
The tension pulley wheel due to the installation space constraints, the structure is very compact, the working conduction of tension pulley wheels are relatively poor, and the working temperature between -30°and 150°, mud, water, sand and dust or even corrosion will affect the normal working of tension pulley bearings.
Large Size Bearings
RCB - Large Size Bearings
The general trend towards plant with higher productivity is also apparent in larger production systems. As a result, there is increasing demand for correspondingly high performance components and sub-assemblies of larger dimensions. The challenges here are not only technical but also commercial in nature and may vary widely. Components for bearing arrangements are among the machine that make a decisive contribution to the overall performance of a system. For bearings in machine tools, the important parameters are not only the load carrying capacity but also the accuracy, rigidity and speed capacity. On the part of machine manufacturers, this is expanded by the use of complete machining and also process integration.
Special Bearings
RCB - Rolling Mill Bearings
Bearings for iron and steel works operate under a variety of harsh conditions, including high temperatures, high speed or super low speed operation, as well as environments contaminated with water and debris. RCB Bearings support the stable operation of machine under the toughest conditions. RCB has for many years provided bearing products and service for rolling mills and gathered extensive experience in this field.
RCB - Industrial Robot Bearings
An industrial robot is a robot system used for manufacturing. Industrial robots are automated, programmable and capable of movement on two or more axes. Typical applications of robots include welding, painting, assembly, pick and place for printed circuit boards, packaging and labeling, palletizing, product inspection, and testing; all accomplished with high endurance, speed, and precision. They can help in material handling and provide interfaces. Industrial robot bearing mainly includes thin section bearing, crossed cylindrical roller bearing, harmonic reducer bearing and plain bearing, etc., but they are mainly cross roller bearings. RCB Bearing series products mainly used in Industrial robot RV retarder and Harmonic reducer.
High Precision Bearings
RCB - High Precision Bearings
High precision bearings are applied to superior accuracy, high running speeds, long life and limiting of noise and vibration are critical. High precision bearings are applied on machine tools, such as machining centers and grinders. Other precision bearings applications include aircraft and robotics. There are two major precision bearing ratings organizations. ABEC, which stands for Annular Bearings Engineer Committee, which determines standards for the AFBMA, Anti-Friction Bearing Manufacturers association, and ISO or International Standards Organization.
