The RCI Technologies patented fuel purifier is a one-step unit that removes up to 99.8% of free water and up to 95% of other heavy contaminants that are found in diesel fuel. Even today’s “clean” diesel fuel will easily become contaminated during transportation and storage. Unlike many other products on the market, the RCI Technologies fuel purifier performs this function without the use of a replaceable, changeable, or cleanable filter element or cartridge. By removing contamination immediately before the fuel enters the engine’s filter system, you can keep your fuel clean, preserve fuel quality, and extend the life of your equipment.

The FRS 5 Fuel Recirculating System automatically recirculates and polishes fuel at 5 gpm, for a single fuel storage tank on a preprogrammed schedule. The system consists of an RCI universal fuel purifier, a continuous-duty motor and fuel pump, stainless-steel fittings, and a standard high-efficiency fuel filter. FRS systems are designed for use with diesel fuel. Duplex pump units (DPU) and multi-tank units (MTU) are also available.

We have expanded our known and trusted FRS product line to include the all-new FRS+ product line with advanced filtration technology. The FRS+ 20 automatically recirculates and polishes fuel at 20 gpm, for a single storage tank on a preprogrammed schedule and includes a three-phase 99.5% efficient fuel coalescer and a high-efficiency fuel filter, and comes equipped with a continuous-duty motor and fuel pump, stainless-steel fittings and a separate UL-listed PLC controller in a NEMA 4 enclosure. FRS+ systems are designed for use with ultra-low-sulfur diesel (ULSD) fuel. Duplex pump units (DPU) and multi-tank units (MTU) are also available.
