Property Assessment / Investigation Services
Federal and state environmental laws and regulations impose environmental liability on property owners—past and present. A comprehensive and professional environmental assessment is critical prior to the transfer of any property. REPSG’s assessments will identify any past or present activities or conditions that may represent a "recognized environmental condition" according to ASTM E 1527-05. REPSG performs the complete range of environmental site assessment services, ranging from preliminary investigations (Phase I) through final cleanup and/or remediation.
Remedial Investigation Services
