Connecting our Online H2S Analyzer System to your recycle gas provides a continuous stream of H2S concentration data, allowing you to control the sulfiding process much more precisely.  The analyzer wirelessly transmits the H2S concentration to our patented SmartSkid™ Injection System so that you can monitor H2S levels from our cloud-based telemetry.

As a complement to our other analyzer systems, Reactor Resources now offers a Dual Total Sulfur/H2S Analyzer that continuously measures both the H2S and Total Sulfur content of the the recycle gas.  The instrument is equipped with radios that wirelessly stream this data to our patented SmartSkid™ Injection System, enabling our clients to monitor H2S and mercaptan levels in reall time with our cloud-based telemetry.

Reactor Resources has partnered with the leader in Hydrogen Analyzers, H2scan, to provide Hydrogen Purity Analyzers to the refining and petrochemical industries.  In addition, you can now rent a H2scan HY-OPTIMA™ 2740 as part of our sulfiding services package. This enhancement allows our clients to now monitor H2S and Hydrogen concentration in real-time during the sulfiding process. The HY-OPTIMA™ 2740 utilizes a proprietary thin-film technoology to precisely measure hydrogen partial pressure.  During operation, the probe absorbs hydrogen on its surface, resulting in a change in resistance across the probe.  The analyzer accurately measures this resistance change and correlates that value to hydrogen concentration.
