Landfill settlement has always presented a problem for the integrity of well casings and their attachments such as wellheads and pumps. Our solution for this problem is the Gas Well Expansion Fitting, Series 1000. This product has a dynamic telescoping system allowing the non-homogeneous refuse to settle differentially without damaging the well casing. This product has been a proven performer for over 25 years.

The Well Centralizer, Series 1100 can be fabricated from a variety of plastic and metallic materials. Maintaining a centered well casing during gas well installation has always been problematic. To avoid clogging and premature well failure, use theREP Well Centralizer, Series 1100. This product is an inexpensive solution to an age-old problem – helping to prevent the well casing from pushing up against the boring (waste) while placing rock in the boring annulus.

Historically monitoring well monuments have been manufactured from mild steel with welded hasps and hinges. These monuments have required constant maintenance and annual repainting as well as hinge and hasp replacement. They also harbor vectors which unnecessarily create additional safety concerns for monitoring personnel. The REP solution to this problem is the all HDPE Series 1200 Monitoring Well Monument which requires no maintenance and is vector free owing to its gas tight design.

Well Vacuum Cap, Series 1300 have been used in many applications in the landfill industry. Applications include dual-extraction well monitoring, groundwater sampling, vapor extraction, and vadose zone monitoring. Many well vacuum caps have been utilized in landfill service over the years, however, REP has developed a cap which is more robust than major manufacturers at a reduced rate. Robustness is provided by the thick HDPE sheet stock which provides a natural downward weight evenly along the well casing – no bunching of smaller diameter flexible PVC. The Well Vacuum Cap, Series 1300 design allows easy access of various monitoring devices at a competitive price and is compatible with all pump manufacturers.

The Blind Flange, Series 2000 system can be fabricated from PVC or HDPE materials. The Flanges are available in all ANSI flange sizes and configurations. Any configuration of penetrations can be installed through the flange and is only restricted by space available. Custom flange configurations have always been a necessity and yet difficult to fabricate in the field. The REP solution for this problem is the Blind Flange, Series 2000.

The LCRS Quick Seal Series 2100 is fabricated from PVC or HDPE materials. The flanges are available in all ANSI flange sizes and configurations. The quick cap assembly is sized according to the pump size used on the project. Discharge piping can be configured per the engineer in most any material including PVC, HDPE, PP, and SS. Any configuration of penetrations can be installed through the flange including sounding tube access without labor intensive flange removal. The REP Quick Cap allows for easy access to pump and sensors. Pump removal and replacement has historically been difficult, cumbersome or unsafe on landfill LCRS Systems. The REP solution for this problem is our LCRS Quick Seal Series 2100.

The Compression Flange consists of a PVC or HDPE flange depending on pressure requirements and employs compression fittings of the highest quality for a gas tight connection, first time and every time. The Auto Well, Series 4000 is designed with a special well head configuration which allows liquid to be pumped while extracting gas. Because this product was designed with the LFG system operator in mind, the Auto Well, Series 4000 enables the operators to utilize the submersible pumping system of their choice in a user-friendly application. Additionally, the REP quick release system makes removal and replacement quick and easy to service the down hole pump. The Auto Well comes with a backup well cap that enables the operator to quickly seal the well after the pump has been removed, enabling the well to be quickly returned to service.
