Trace chemical analysis by Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS) is made quick and easy with sample vials coated with a patented SERS-active sol-gel. A solution containing the chemical of interest is simply injected into the vial, which is placed in a Raman spectrometer sample compartment, the spectrum is recorded, and science moves forward.

Real-Time - Portable Sers Analyzer (PSA)
RTA is proud to announce our hand-held portable SERS analyzer. This device incorporates a high performance 785 nm spectrometer with RTA’s patented Simple SERS Vials for trace chemical detection. The operation is simple, just insert the SERS vial into the holder then measure sample. Within seconds a spectrum is recorded and compared to SERS library and the spectral match will be shown along with the chemical name. In addition to performing SERS measurements, the device can also measure liquids and solids.

The Military Grade Grade Dispersive Raman Analyzer is our most rugged spectrometer. When packaged in aPelican case this spectrometer can survive the most demanding environments: drop, vibration, water, heat. The spectrometer has no moving parts and is designed to have very little thermal drift over large temperature ranges.
