The AllScan PGNAA analyser combines state-of-the-art nuclear technology with ground-breaking spectra modelling and powerful statistical analysis.  Installed on a conveyor belt, the AllScan delivers accurate, minute-by-minute elemental analysis and reporting of the chemical composition of bulk materials and key process parameters.

The AllScan  high performance Cross Belt Analyser combines a rugged construction with the most recent advances in PGNAA technology.

Accurate real time data on the composition of raw material feed streams before stockpiles or raw mills increases product quality and contributes significantly to reduced production costs. Since its market introduction in the 1980s PGNA Analysis is widely acknowledged as the by far superior on-line analysis technology for cement process quality optimization. Documented by close to a thousand installations, the documented analytical performance coupled with the very fast control response means that PGNAA has grown to become the leading on-line quality control concept in the cement industry. Today, almost every new green field cement project lay-out includes one or more PGNA Analysers.

RTI’s has recently amalgamated with Callidan Instruments who manufacture the MoistScan range of online microwave moisture analysers.

RTI custom manufactures an on-belt solution that includes the GammaScan online coal ash anlayser and the MoistScan online moisture analyser.  Whilst mounted seperately on the conveyor belt the solution can include a single control cabinet either mounted locally or remotely depending on the customers requirements.

RTI’s DD-1000 Digital Slurry Density Meter utilizes gamma ray absorption technology to accurately measure slurry density in a wide range of process applications including coal and cement.

The Easyweigh is a counter-balanced, single idler weigh frame  Conveyor Belt Scale.   It is a low deflection belt weigher with a single, precision load cell, operating in tension, to provide superior weighing performance. The load sensor assembly incorporates overload protection and protection against mechanical shock.  The Easyweigh® is supplied with a simple-to-operate on-board test weight.  This allows calibration checks to be easily conducted to determine the as-found-error (AFE), thus ensuring that the weigher remains accurate.

The Econoweigh beltscale is RTI’s low end weigher.   The weigher incorporates a low deflection, approach type weigh frame with a single, precision load cell, operating in tension.  The  Econoweigh® belt-scale provides rate and total information on applications suited to electro-mechanical scales where price is a major consideration yet reasonably high accuracy is required.  The weigher features a compact design suitable for applications where available mounting space is limited.
