To combat the growth of such contamination, REALCO has developed a detection kit, which can find out in less than five minutes whether a surface is contaminated with mineral and/or organic residue, or whether it actually has a biofilm (nest of bacteria). REALCO offers effective solutions for each of the problems identified—even biofilm! Three years of research have enabled us to develop a cocktail of special enzymes to facilitate the eradication of biofilms by attacking the organic matrix directly. This improves the effectiveness of the disinfectant.

BIOREM® BF improves the hygiene of kitchen installations by eliminating contamination by listeria, salmonella, campylobacteriosis, etc, (biofilm). BIOREM® BF is an enzymatic detergent specially developed to break down the organic matrix of biofilms. This releases the trapped bacteria, which then improves its disinfection ability.
