The autoclave applies both heat and pressure to the workload placed inside it. Typically, there are two classes of autoclaves. Those that are pressurized with steam for workloads that can withstand exposure to water, and those that create a heating atmosphere through the circulation of heated air. The key component of the industrial autoclave is the quick opening door; this is also a critical component in the cost of autoclave construction. On the one hand, the operator must be able to open and close the door quickly and easily; on the other hand, the door must meet strict security requirements. This is the quality of the autoclave door design, which is fundamental to the correct operation and safety of the process.

Tyre retreading is a useful method applied to add another life of commercial tyres whose economic life has not expired. Commercial tyres and construction equipment tyres are removed from under the vehicle due to the wear on the tread that touches the ground during use. However, the tyre carcass will remain intact and usable. For this reason, by applying new tread rubber on the strong carcass, the tyre is provided with a life cycle at least as long as the life of the new tyre.
