Complete Kits Lc-Ms/Ms
ClinMass® LC-MS/MS Complete Kits are intended for diagnosis and therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) in clinical, toxicological and forensic laboratories. ClinSpot® LC-MS/MS Complete Kits are designed for the analysis of dried blood spot (DBS) specimen in newborn screening. Additionally to complete kits, a novel kit system is provided for TDM. It is based on a universal ClinMass® TDM platform that can be used for the analysis of currently 155 different drugs and metabolites. The ClinMass® TDM Kit System is available both for the standard LC-MS/MS configuration as well as for on-line SPE analysis (TDM Kit System, on-line).
Complete Kits HPLC
ClinRep® HPLC Complete Kits are designed for diagnosis and Therapeutic Drug Monitoring (TDM) in clinical, toxicological and forensic laboratories. ClinTox® HPLC Complete Kits are designed for Human Biomonitoring (HBM) in laboratories for occupational medicine. Our kits can be used with any conventional HPLC system. A complete kit contains all components required for analysis, such as buffers, reagents for sample preparation, standards, and a matrix calibrator. Start accessories such as guard-, SPE-, and analytical columns, matrix controls and further accessories are additionally available.
Complete Kits Photometry
ClinEasy® Complete Kits are designed for the diagnostic screening of urine specimen with photometric detectors. Our kits are based on test procedures with manual SPE (SPE: solid phase extraction). A complete kit contains all reagents required for sample preparation and subsequent photometric detection. Urine calibrators and controls as well as accessories (e.g. SPE column rack, reagent tubes) are available separately.
Calibrators
ClinCal® Calibrators are designed for the calibration of the analytical system. ClinCal® Calibrators are designed for the calibration of the analytical system (HPLC, LC-MS/MS, photometry, etc). The analytes of ClinCal® Calibrators are available in matrices (urine, plasma, serum, whole blood), which are comparable to those in patient samples. Basically these calibrators are prepared in the same manner as the patient samples during sample preparation; this way problems caused by matrix effects can be widely excluded. In contrast to the use of a directly injected matrix-free standard solution, systematic failures during sample preparation are compensated with this procedure. RECIPE ClinCal® Calibrators are establishing the basis for the accurate determination of your analytes.
