In RECY you can create contracts of all types: purchase orders, or sales contracts, based on yearly volume, metal content, unfixed or fixed prices, recovery percentages, hedging with the London Metal Exchange (LME), and many more options. You can also use the application for quotes.

RECYMulco handles all logistic requirements of a recycling business. An intelligent despatching process with graphical presentation of unscheduled and scheduled orders is the heart of the system. With drag and drop method, new orders can easily be despatched. Changes to existing runs can be done just as simple.

Our accounting package was developed specifically for the recycling industry and is completely integrated into RECY®, a solution also developed for the recycling industry.

Instead of creating interfaces to the numerous CRM packages on the market, we decided to develop and offer a solution which is integrated with information stored in RECY Business Management, RECY MULCO Logistics, and RECY Accounting.

RECY Archive is a fully integrated digital archive. When printing documents or reports, a copy of the document is automatically stored in the RECY Archive database and can be accessed from there. Many other RECY programs interact with the RECY® Archive program such as the purchase and sales information system or the contract management program. With RECY Archive it is easy to search and review documents which are linked to purchase and sales items.

Besides merchandise a recycling business has also to buy supplies for production, office and operation. With RECYPOS purchase orders for these supplies as well as spare parts, equipment, fuel, services, etc. can be issued in a very effective way. New orders can be copied easily from previous ones. The system supplies lead times, figures for consumption and inventory, prices, eligible suppliers, and a lot of other vital data. The order approval can optionally be done through HTML files and e-mail, or through CRM. Management does not have to run the software for the approval. It receives the purchase requisitions by e-mail and can approve by checking off electronically the HTML file which con tains the detailed description of the requested purchase. This approval process can include multiple hierarchies.

Our software provides intergrated applications, excellent audits and control of sensitive data. The RECY ERP system with the Commodity Trading Module reduces the processes to single point data input and seamless data flow through all work places and functions. All trades and market data such as prices and FX rates are entered into a single database. All users access and handle the same data and work with screens or run reports from the same source. Market data can be automatically imported directly from LME or COMEX.
