Cone Sleeves, patented by Red Valve, are designed for control applications. Cone Sleeves provide tighter control with a 20:1 turndown ratio and 0.89 pressure recovery factor, along with an extra thickness of elastomer on the downstream side of the cone to increase its service life.

Double Wall Sleeves are designed for extremely abrasive slurries. The Double Wall Sleeve has triple the thickness of elastomer than a Standard Sleeve. The next larger valve size must be used with the double wall to maintain a full-port due to the additional thickness of the sleeve.

Introduced and patented by Red Valve, the Type A Air-Actuated  Pinch Valve offers a unique, cost-effective solution to flow control problems. The secret is in the rubber sleeve - the valve’s only wetted part.

The Type A Megaflex is the most economical large-diameter automatic valve available. The Type A Megaflex Valve, available in sizes 20” to 84”, is extremely simple in design and principle. As with every Red Valve Pinch Valve, the elastomer sleeve is the only wearing part, drastically reducing maintenance costs. The Megaflex Valve’s full-ported actuation is accomplished by air or hydraulic pressure. The Megaflex Valve’s steel body acts as a built-in actuator, eliminating costly pneumatic, electric, or hydraulic components. Regulating and controlling the amount of different air pressure applied into the cavern between the outside of the sleeve and inside of the valve body will open, throttle or close valve. 15 psi over line pressure will close the Megaflex.

The PVM - Series 70 Open Frame Manual Pinch Valve is the counterpart to the unique Series 75 and has the same design features and advantages, but the heavy cast iron housing is eliminated and a strong fabricated steel body is used in its place.  The Series 70 is less costly, lighter, versatile and can be used when the location of the valve is not exposed to attack from corrosives or other volatile material.

The PVM - Series 75 Manual Pinch Valve is the number one selling pinch valve in the world today.  The Series 75 is a reliable, maintenance-free, cost-effective valve designed for tough slurries, abrasives and corrosive-chemical applications.  The Series 75 full-port design eliminates any dead spots or crevices, seats or bearings where slurry can hang up and impair operation or even cause complete valve failure.

The Red Valve PCV - Series 5200 Pneumatic Actuated Control Valve offers maximum durability with precise control and virtually eliminates maintenance.  The Series 5200 valve is designed in sizes 1” to 4”. A heavy-duty, rugged pinch mechanism positions the sleeve resulting in accurate flow control.  The valve has no packing to maintain or seats to wear and the need for expensive body alloys is eliminated. 

Red Valve’s PCV - Series 5200D Diaphragm Actuated Control Pinch Valve is available for customers who prefer diaphragm actuators. Most significant is the valve’s ability to control in smalldiameter applications. A diaphragm actuator offers a more responsive relationship between travel and air pressure since there is less friction and hysteresis than with piston actuators. This results in more accurate response to the instrument signal and tighter control of the process fluid.

Red Valve`s Series D Manual Actuated Flexgate Valve is designed with a cast iron body or fabricated steel body, stainless steel gate and two heavy-duty elastomer cartridge slurry seats. The port is formed by two heavy-duty cartridge elastomer slurry seat halves. The cartridge slurry seats are available in various elastomers for chemical compatibility and abrasion resistance. A flush area at the valve`s base provides a clean-out port. The Flexgate Valve provides bi-directional shut off. A heavy-duty topworks is standard.

Red Valve's Series D Pneumatic Actuated Flexgate Valves are available with pneumatic, electric or hydraulic actuators. Other options include limit switches, solenoids and air regulators.
