REDA - Plant for Extracting Polyphenols
REDA S.p.A. has designed and produced a new plant for extracting polyphenols from stemmed grapes which uses a continuous and ultrafast process to extract the maximum amount of anthocyans, tannins and aroma precursors. The final result is wines which totally respect typicality and with improved structure, colour and bouquet. The wines are perfumed, soft and round from the very first day without the graminoid, astringent taste that is present when traditional techniques are used.

Thanks to REDA’s last generation centrifuges it’s possible to obtain the clarification of musts and wines with exceptional results, avoiding product oxidations and working in an automatic way.

Reda - Centrifuges
REDA centrifuges of RE-P serie are specifically designed to clean raw milk (cow, sheep, goat, etc.) and whey. These separators are specially built for dairy applications and match very high bowl speeds for the best performances in separation of solid particles with very small diameters (dirty, spores, bacterias, etc). Standard design of these separators provides the product feeding under pressure by a soft inflow system. Then the product is accellerated to separation speed without damage being caused to any of the fat globules.
