The vast majority of Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) power supplies in use today operate at a fixed frequency of 60 Hz.

Redkoh has designed and patented a fleet of "Demo Carts" to prove the significant performance improvements of the Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS) technology. The Demo Cart is housed in a NEMA enclosure and is on wheels to allow it to be easily moved into place. Internal to the enclosure are all the components, pre-wired for the control of two conventional 60 Hz TRs.

Precipitator controls and control cabinets are the electrical heart of the precipitator.  They control how much power is allowed to flow into the precipitator during various operating conditions.  The collection efficiency of the precipitator is directly proportional to the power.  This makes the controls a very important component of the precipitator.

The Model DT109 allows for continuous monitoring of emission levels which helps you stay below EPA limits at all times. When bags become worn or ripped, there is an immediate alarm and indication in the recorder reading. The Model DT109 is perfect for applications where multiple ducts lead to a common stack. Since the Model DT109 measures opacity, this instrument will alert your operators to a possible over emission problem or even a boiler upset that could cause a violation of your emissions standards.

A Zirconia based oxygen analyzer used for boiler trim control and EPA requirements. The Datatest Model DT3000 Oxygen Analyzers provide reliable 02 concentration data to enable optimization of fuel consumption, improve combustion, enhance process control, and minimize air pollution. The Model DT3000 is ideal for applications that include coal, oil, gas-fired and packaged boilers, furnaces, incinerators, dryers, process heaters, kilns and other combustion applications where economical, 02 monitoring is required.

The Model DT3006 measures oxygen and total combustibles or carbon monoxide by using an eduction system to draw a sample from a stack or duct over a relatively short distance to a pair of sensing cells. The first cell is a Zirconia sensor for measuring the oxygen. The second is either a platinum catalytic bead sensor for total combustible or an electrochemical sensor for carbon monoxide. The sensor chosen depends upon the accuracy and the measurement levels required, and whether total combustibles or carbon monoxide is the gas to be measured. The microprocessor control unit takes these cell signals and produces linearized readings. The readings are displayed on the backlit 4x20 character LCD. The microcontroller outputs a 4-20mA signal for each sensor. A Modbus RTU serial port configured for RS232 or RS422 is available. The microcontroller also has relay contacts to perform automatic back purge and calibration gas injection and remote alarm indication.

The Model DT 3008 measures total combustibles or carbon monoxide by using an eduction pump to draw a sample from a process stack or duct to present it to a sensing cell. The cell is a platinum catalytic bead sensor. The sensor chosen depends upon the accuracy and the measurement levels required, and whether total combustibles or carbon monoxide is the gas to be measured.

The Redkoh Model 201LP is a three wire particulate monitor that measures particulate levels in air ducts on a real time basis. The Model 201LP is powered by an external 24V dc supply and its continuous 4-20 ma output can be connected directly to a PLC, recorder, or digital readout. Changes in the 4-20 ma output are directly related to changes in the concentration of particulate in the gas stream.
