Analytical Method Development

For over 50 years, Regis has been a premier custom small molecule manufacturer with excellent analytical support services. Regis’ analytical capabilities are now available to customers requiring stand alone pharmaceutical services. Our Analytical Method Development team (AMD) consists of highly skilled analytical chemists talented in developing and validating phase appropriate methods. Let Regis help support your analytical requirements from pre-clinical R&D through clinical development, and into commercial manufacturing.

Quality Control Services

Regis` quality control (QC) department evaluates product integrity while allowing instant troubleshooting for our production staff. We run two shifts of QC chemists to support the two shift production schedule. This guarantees quicker turnaround and better allocation of resources.

Chromatography

Chiral Chromatography Services

Regis Technologies is proud to be a leader in separations of chiral compounds that serves both the analytical and preparative needs of chromatographers and researchers worldwide. Chirality has become vitally important in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and agricultural industries. The differences that make compounds chiral can produce critically different pharmacological effects in biological systems. As a result, demand for stereoselective separation techniques and analytical assays to evaluate the enantiomeric purity of chiral compounds has increased. Chiral chromatography has become a necessary tool--not only for the analytical determination of enantiomeric purity, but also for the isolation of pure enantiomers.

IAM Chromatography Services

HPLC Tools for Drug Membrane Permeability Prediction. IAM Drug Discovery HPLC Column is an ideal tool for high throughput prediction of drug membrane permeability. The results from this column correlate well to traditional in-vitro methods such as intestinal tissue and Caco-2 Cells, yet are faster and cheaper to achieve. Phosphatidylcholine (PC) is the malor phospholipid found in cell membranes. lAM chromatography phases prepared from PC analogs closely mimic the surface of a biological cell membrane. Consequently, IAM phases display a high affinity for membrane proteins and are useful in membrane protein purification and in the study of drug-membrane interactions.
