Screw
Model Smart - Screw
Screws with high surface hardness. Depending on the application, screws can receive additional treatment, e.g., nitrided, chrome-plated, or PVD-coated. These are recommendations; as required, some raw materials may need alternative treatment.
Model Advanced - Screw
Plated version for high resistance to abrasive wear on flight surfaces. Corrosion and abrasion-resistant substrates depending on the application.
Barrel
Model Smart - Barrel
For plastics with a filler content up to 30%. Hard metal alloy on iron base. Excellent wear resistance and good corrosive resistance.
Model Advanced - Barrel
For plastics with a filler content up to 40%. Hard metal alloy on iron base with added vanadium. Very high wear and corrosive resistance with enhanced ductility.
