Dismantaling Joint - QUICK-TWIST
Model PE100 Quick-Twist - Dismantling Joint
The light and absolutely corrosion-resistant dismantling joint QUICK-TWIST is tailored exactly to your needs. The well-designed Reinert-Ritz HP flange is used for maximum reliability on the loose side. On the fixed side, QUICK-TWIST is equipped with our well proven special flange VP, which offers outstanding connection and sealing properties. QUICK-TWIST is operated in the twinkling of an eye. A rotating mechanism allows to adjust to the desired length. Then the flange is screwed as usual. The time savings compared to a standard dismantling joint is more than 50 % of the usual time.
Model Quick-Twist Flange Spigot-End - Corrosion-Resistant Dismantling Joint
The light and absolutely corrosion-resistant dismantling joint QUICK-TWIST is tailored exactly to your needs. The variant with a spigot-end (for HM or HS welding) is a novelty in the market for dismantling joints and is unique in this form. It enables you to integrate the dismantling joints welded into the pipeline, which saves considerable time during assembly. On the loose side, our Reinert-Ritz HP flange, known for maximum reliability, is used. QUICK-TWIST is operated in the twinkling of an eye. A rotating mechanism delivers the desired length. Then the flange is screwed as usual. The time savings compared to a standard dismantling joint is more than 50 % of the usual time.
Flange Connections
Model PE100 HP Flange - Flange Connections
HP flanges from Reinert-Ritz are high performance solutions for the full pressure resistance of a loose flange connection with a welding stub. A special PE100 welding stub and a loose flange-type backing flange adjusted to the dimension form a precisely coordinated unit and are permanently connected to each other. Here the stub and the flange interlock in a positive fit at their connecting surfaces in a similar way to a tongue and groove. The axial forces of the pipeline are transferred to the flange over the entire stub surface. This combination protects against deformation of the PE stub and, depending on the dimensioning, makes pressure loads of up to 25 bar possible. The backing flanges are available in a steel version with a plastic coating or in a corrosion-free and fibre-reinforced plastic version.
Tees & Branches
Reinert-Ritz - Model 45° - Branch
The Reinert-Ritz branches for welding are characterised by their high-pressure resistance. Branches less than 45° enable high flexibility when integrating them into a piping system. This is further increased through directly available reducers at the branch, which also makes the fitting compact and light. Branches at other angles are available upon request.
Hydrant Connections
X-Cross for Hydrants
For connecting hydrants in pipe intersections, an X-cross for hydrants can be used. The hydrant connection can be selected flexibly among flange, BAIO® and spigot connections. Moreover, all variants are available alternatively with REINOGRIP push-fit couplers for even faster laying of the piping system.
Concentric and Eccentric Reducers
Reinert-Ritz - Pressure Class-Compatible Eccentric Reducers
Reinert-Ritz offers reducers as a fully pressure-class-compatible solution with pipe diameters of up to 2,000 mm. These are available in both concentric and eccentric versions. In addition to a version for butt welding, a variant with a longer welding end is also available on request. This offers you individual options for completing your project.
Inspection and Cleaning
Model Quick Pig - Pigging Station
The Quick-Pig Station is a cleaning and inspection opening for pressure pipes that can be safely operated from the top of the ground. With the Quick-Pig Station, you save yourself a walk-in shaft structure and can maintain your pressure pipeline easily and safely. Whether checking, flushing, sucking or pigging, everything is done in no time.
Pipe End Caps
Reinert-Ritz - End Caps
Pressure class-compatible end caps for butt welding. Reinert-Ritz end caps are characterised by their sophisticated design. For full pressure resistance, these fittings have a relieving groove that evenly spreads pressure forces over the ground. The compact end cap can be butt welded even with building site tools.
Push-Fit Couplers With and Without Longitudinal Force-Locking
Reinert-Ritz - Joining and Expansion Sockets With Anchor Point
The detachable push-fit coupler for absorption of axial movements in the pipe string. For non-underground pipe systems Reinert-Ritz offers, with the joining and expansion socket and the double joining socket, detachable push-fit couplers that are fully pressure-resistant thanks to the EPDM lip seal and are even designed for negative pressure. These fittings are manufactured as standard with an anchor point for the fixing of the pipe string. Optionally the clamp fitting can be omitted and/or the lip seal selected as an NBR variant. Transitions to pipes of other materials such as PVC and of the same size are thus possible.
Elbows and Bends
Reinert-Ritz - Compact 45° Elbow
45° elbows made of pipes and semi-finished materials. The main body of the elbows is manufactured from homogeneous hollow bar with flow optimisation with an exceptionally space-saving design and extended piping, which means that processing with electrofusion sockets and heated element butt welding is also possible. The compact dimensions enable direction changes in the smallest possible space. The mechanical production guarantees precise and consistent angular accuracy, simplifying installation and minimising the work required. Additional elbows available upon request.
