As a RAMP customer, it is REIVAX responsibility to manage your spare part inventory. We ensure the part has the correct firmware/software. If a part becomes obsolete, REIVAX will identify an equivalent part. As a RAMP customer you also have access to REIVAX emergency stock which ships within 72 hours. RAMP customers receive a discount on all parts. As a RAMP customer we ship you the part. No need to issue a Purchase Order. We will invoice you once the part is delivered.
Reivax - Technical Support Services
REIVAX provides technical support 24/7. Priority is given to RAMP customers for both in-office technical support as well as for scheduling of on-site support. RAMP customers receive a discount on all on-site support. Need fast on-site service and don’t have time to issue a Purchase Order ? No problem. As a RAMP customer, we send our Field Service Engineer to your site and invoice after the work is done.
