Renex - Valve Guide

Renex valves offers valve guide used in gasoline and diesel engines with various sizes and material. Material generally used for Valve guides is Cast iron, bronze and brass. Treatments like Nitrided, Phosphating on semi/full finished surface can be obtained.

Renex - Valve Seat

Valve seat are made with wear resistant and high thermal conductive material depending upon its application. Renex valves offers Valve seat with wide range of material alloys and ensures good overall performance.

Renex - Push Rod

Push rods are made with hydraulic press and Electrically actuated upsetting machines which is then turned and grinded for super surface finishing. Renex valves offers push rods made from material like graded steel rods.

Renex - Valve Tappet

Valve Tappets are made from chilled cast iron or cold forging materials.

Renex - Valve Cotter/Collet

A pair of valve cotter are used to lock Valve stem with spring retainer and ensures smooth functioning of engine. Renex Valves offer Valve cotter made as precision stamped and are available with single and multi bead as per design and application.

Renex - Valve Spring Retainer

Spring retainer are cold forged or CNC machine turned. Renex Valves offer best quality spring retainer to ensure best performance of engine.
