The combination of small dimensions and installed suction capacity makes the ESE 4 the ideal solution for inner-city excavations in confined spaces. The overall width of only 2.30 m enables narrow streets and small building sites to be negotiated without any problems. The machine impresses in everyday use with its capacity of 4 m³ and a tipping axis height of 2.10 m. The superstructure can be mounted on all twin-axle chassis (4 x 2) with a wheelbase from 4200 mm, a vehicle width from 2.30 m and a maximum permissible gross weight of 18 t. The chassis engine should have at least 210 kW.

MORE POSSIBILITIES, MORE ORIENTATION: When designing your machine, you have the choice between 3 different container sizes. A tipping axis height of about 2050 mm for almost all container sizes. When designing your suction excavator, you can decide whether your container tips to the left or the right and whether your chassis will be a left or right-hand drive vehicle. The 6 m³ container is particularly suitable for a vehicle chassis with a short wheelbase. The 8 m³ container provides more loading volume and therefore the ability to work more effectively. It has the optimum size for all 3- and 4-axle chassis. This is most frequently used for suction work when excavating. The 10 m³ container is designed for very special suction tasks, for example, in industrial facilities that require a larger container capacity.

The possibility of emptying on both sides in conjunction with variable tipping heights on the ESE 8 RD 8000 provides a flexibility previously not known to suction excavators. Regardless of whether it is a storage location, skip or truck loading area, it can be emptied on both sides in variable heights, increments and tilt angles. The new central container mounting and the four supports with automatic levelling enable flexible emptying on both sides. The tipping height of 1.80 m to 2.50 m can be varied. The ESE 8 RD 8000 is equipped with four anti-roll bars that level themselves out at the touch of a button automatically. This ensures an optimal emptying position every time.

RM FIX & RM VARIO: The RSP rotating fitting has been developed specially for areas in which there is no risk of damage to underground cables and pipes.
