Using 3D steel grid, you can construct flume channels efficiently without the need of scaffolding. The flexibility of 3D grid enables designing the form of "half tube" on site easily, which is ideal for flumes channels.  The formed structure is strong and durable, and can withstand even sub-surface erosions, the main issue with flumes channels maintenance.

The unique characteristics of 3D steel grid makes it the optimal solution for lining drainage channels, especially under high folw rates conditions. The mechanical flexibility of 3D grid allows a fast and easy on-site installation without the need of skilled personnel. We recommend using oxide pigments for coloring the concrete lining and for a better blending in the environment (see gallery). 3D Steel Grid as a three dimentional galvanised steel grid, comprised of 2 parallel steel stripes which are connected through a complex array of diagonal ribs. This forms a unique `cage` structure that, combined with a concrete casting, forms a rigid and robust layer of reinforced concrete.
