RetubeCo provides retubing and refurbishing services to power plant steam jet air ejectors, ensuring optimal vacuum capabilities. Steam Jet Air Ejectors are some of the most reliable vacuum creators, but they require proper tube maintenance and replacement of corroded or eroded tubes in order to function efficiently. RetubeCo will inspect and repair every component of your steam jet air ejector, detecting erosion, steam impingement, and tube failures.

Retubing project planning engineers establish relationships with clients, providing optimal retubing solutions unique to each project. Project milestones are transcribed into Gantt charts for simplified project management from start to finish. Our first objective is assessing the scope of the retubing project, to include the number of tubes, tube bundles, tube size, tube OD, wall thickness, length, and tube material. We analyze existing condenser & heat exchanger data sheets to determine causes for tube corrosion, tube-sheet failure, and improper tube bundle installation. Push/pull-out testing method validates the technical competence of our retubing projects.
