The RHINOFLEX EN-Series is a compact, rugged and robust Pinch Valve. These valves are reliable and maintenance free, and are engineered and designed for highly abrasive and aggressive slurry applications. The Series has a simple yet trustworthy design, consisting of two pinch bars that open and close the Elastomer Sleeve

The RHINOFLEX "P" SERIES, pneumatic-hydraulic Pinch Valve, is designed especially for highly abrasive and aggressive applications. The valve comprises of a tailor made re-enforced elastomer sleeve, encased in a high-grade, cast ductile iron body. The elastomer sleeve is the only wetted part. The inside cavity between the sleeve and the wall of the body, acts as a Built-In Actuator. Compressed air or Hydraulic Oil is used to operate the valve as a "Control" valve or "On-Off " service, and the central portion of the sleeve collapses, gas tight even on solid particles. Pressure is released to open the valve. This valve is extremely simple, cost effective and surprisingly versatile.

The RHINOFLEX Open Frame Pinch Valve "Series-OF" gives the end user the best of both worlds. It solves problem and demanding applications, and offers the added features of a conventional fully enclosed pinch valve.

TheSeries-22 Quarter-Turn Dia-Cam valve is a high flow capacity pinch valve. Designed for hard-to-handle fluids specially slurries. The valve interior consists of fabric reinforced elastomeric or PTFE lined Diaphragm Spool.the only wetted component of the valve.

The gate is designed to offer a laminar flow through the valve which reduces turbulence and erosion in modulating applications. A removable modulation insert is provided for throttling services which offers a smooth flow pattern through the valve, further protecting the valve seat area and downstream piping from erosive turbulent conditions.
