Die TINY|PLUS bietet spannende Neuerungen und bleibt trotzdem bei der bewährten RICO Kameratechnik. Baustellentauglich durch die großen Räder, zeigt sich die TINY|PLUS als äußerst robust und flexibel einsetzbar. Der integrierte Akku, mit bis zu 4 Stunden Laufzeit, ermöglicht eine netzunabhängige Verwendung und mit dem integrierten Bild- & Filmspeicher ist die Dokumentation einfach und schnell erledigt. Sämtliche vorhandene Kameratypen von RICO, speziell die Schwenk- und Rotationskamera SR50, als auch die Axialkameras VERTICA 30 oder VERTICA 40 können mit der TINY|PLUS eingesetzt werden.

The TINY|PC.3 is light and compact and at the same time extremely robust and of high quality designed to optimally handle every use in and around the building. With a total weight of less than 20 kg* and a telescopic push handle, the TINY|PC.3 can be easily transported to any location. The small footprint enables the device to be used even in very tight spaces and can be stowed away to save space thanks to the fold-away monitor. The system can be used from a pipe diameter of Ø 30 mm and is compatible with the cameras MINI, VERTICA 30, VERTICA 40 and SR50, among others. 

Inspection case BASIC|LINE (from 25mm) Despite the space-saving dimensions (440x510x200 mm), this modern inspection case enables professional inspection of pipes and openings with premium functions such as photo and video documentation with simultaneous voice recording and text registration, meter counting and a bright 9 “TFT colour display. Its powerful Lithium battery means it is easy to work even in remote locations.

The CROSS|SHAFT from RICO enables a view of the shaft and the connected channels without having to climb into the shaft yourself. The CROSS|SHAFT is also called an electronic channel mirror and is used as far as possible to check the operating status. It is used, for example, to plan the channels as required or to carry out additional inspection measures. The CROSS|SHAFT is therefore a simple, quick and inexpensive instrument for further disposition of measures. Due to the large zoom factor (30x optical) and sufficient illumination even in larger channels, posture areas far from the shaft can be seen. The camera is placed in the shaft using a telescopic rod and positioned in front of the canal. An attached base for parking the camera in the channel and a motorized swivel mechanism facilitate precise handling. The battery used is an uncomplicated variant of the energy supply, which enables the batteries to be easily replaced and charged.

With its small diameter, the VERTICA 30 camera can be used in push mode from a pipe diameter of 40 mm. With its optimized bendability properties, it is the ideal camera for the inspection of branched house connection networks. The integrated, controllable LED cold light illumination optimally illuminates the examination area. Thanks to the built-in gravation sensor, even this small axial camera always provides an upright image. This camera can optionally be equipped with a location transmitter. The VERTICA 30 can be combined with the RICO sliding systems TINY|PC and TINY|PLUS as well as with the FW150SAT.1 carriage.

The FW100CT.2 is a versatile camera carriage for sewer inspection from a pipe diameter of 100 mm and bigger. The carriage can be optimally configured for every pipe diameter. The steerable carriage is driven by 6 easily exchangeable quick change wheels, which can be changed in seconds without tools. The FW100CT.2 can handle larger pipe diameters with the electric elevator. This is recommended for use up to Ø 700 mm and can be installed comfortably and without tools, so that short set-up times for pipe adaptation are achieved. This enables efficient work at the highest level. The powerful trolley is equipped with a longitudinal and transverse slope sensor with tilt protection, among other things, this function ensures active tip-over protection and always allows the carriage to drive safely in the pipe plate.

The FW150SAT.1 is a satellite carriage with a feed unit for a push cable for inspection of branches. The extremely robust trolley can be used in the main channel from a diameter of 150 mm and in the lateral pipe from Ø 100 mm. It is powered by 4 wheels that can be changed easily and without tools thanks to the quick-release fastener. The company RICO offers two solutions for lateral pipe inspection: firstly the long-distance oparation up to 500 m in the main pipe and the short-range application up to 150 m via stationary push rod cable reel. Optionally, the trolley FW150SAT.1 can be equipped with feed by high pressure jetting.

The CROSS|RACK is the innovative TV system permanently installed in the frame for installation in all European pallet-compatible carrier vehicles. The system consists of the inspection components CROSS|TOUCH with cable drum including 300 meters of single-wire cable as well as various compatible RICO carriages and cameras, including battery supply, cleaning system and crane with winch.

The CROSS|TRAILER offers a workstation that can be flexibly positioned at any location! A major advantage of the mobile workstation is the considerable cost saving compared to a fully equipped TV inspection vehicle. This results in significantly lower maintenance and acquisition costs! The new concept of the trailer combines the usual RICO standards such as a spacious, ergonomic workplace with unlimited mobility. The CROSS|TRAILER can not only be mounted on a conventional vehicle with a trailer coupling, it is also particularly well suited as a supplement to the existing jetting or sanitation vehicle.
