This tool lets the eDART System become a valve gate sequence controller. It allows the balance of filling using opening by volume and sequencing of knit lines. The biggest benefit comes from using in-cavity pressure or temperature sensors read by the eDART system to control when the valves open or close. This can dramatically reduce the effects of material changes. Available in a 60-day trial version.

With a relatively simple upgrade, the capability of older machines can be significantly improved. The addition of a load compensation valve enables older relief-valve machines to do 2- or 3-Stage DECOUPLED MOLDING^®, where fill, pack, and hold are repeated shot after shot. This software tool allows the user to input individual set points for transfer, making the process more capable and less susceptible to flash, over packing, and mold damage.
