Protein Fractionation filtration removes suspended particulates, dissolved organics, proteins and tints. At the same time, protein fractionation lowers bacteria and pathogen concentrations, while saturating the water with oxygen. Traditional water filtration systems, (i.e: pressurized sand filters, bead filters and cartridge filters), remove particulates but are ineffective against dissolved wastes and act as breeding grounds for bacteria and pathogens.

Pro-Tect UV Systems feature durable, non-corrosive schedule 80 PVC reaction chambers. The schedule 80 PVC is more robust when compared to HDPE or polypropylene models and offers significant cost reduction when compared to 316 Stainless Steel. Pro-Tect UV systems are rated for operating pressures of up to 150 PSI*. The "L" shaped design used allows for proper hydraulic mixing inside the UV reacation chamber and optimizes the UV dose.

RK2 Systems models RK-2G through RK-45G produce ozone at 2, 5, 7, 15, 25, 45grams/hour at 3-5% by weight. All systems operate under vacuum, for safety, efficiency and ease of operation. Ideal for your aquaculture, public aquaria or general transfer and recirculation needs - RK2 Systems pumps produce excellent flow rates at sufficient pressure (head) to really get the job done. The industrial grade noryl housings are built for long term use. Patented motor shaft seal design provides superior corrosion resistance by protecting metal components by contained fluid in the wet end of the pump and from surrounding environment. A strainer pot may be attached to facilitate priming in a suction lift application and to strain debris from the inflow.

Our Super Pro Series is the pump you need for your higher flow applications. It not only delivers great flow rates at useable heads, but it does so efficiently! You get the safety and convenience of self-priming along with great energy savings. For ease of use, these pumps have a large strainer basket with an easy open Lexan lid. The specially designed lid and clamp ring insure a positive seal with very little o-ring wear.
