RMB Products' BIO-ARMOR is a revolutionary antimicrobial HDPE lining solution that combines high-density polyethylene with antimicrobial resin to deliver superior protection against microbiologically influenced corrosion (MIC) and biofouling. This proprietary blend is rotationally lined onto pipes and vessels, offering long-term durability in saltwater and other corrosive environments. BIO-ARMOR's HDPE component has demonstrated over 20 years of resistance in brine water applications, making it highly effective against aqueous corrosion. Additionally, the antimicrobial additives inhibit 99% of microbes responsible for MIC and biofouling, reducing the biological degradation of polymer coatings and improving the operational efficiency of fluid delivery systems. Unlike traditional coatings, BIO-ARMOR does not require chemical additives and maintains the structural integrity of metallic equipment. It can be customized in various colors and topcoat systems to meet specific client needs. The product finds widespread applications in industries such as aerospace, chemical processing, semiconductor manufacturing, and biopharmaceuticals, particularly in offshore environments where static, immersed seawater conditions exist.

We rotationally line (rotoline) tanks, scrubbers, pipes, pipe fittings, pumps, valves, flowmeters, filter housings, heat exchangers, and other process equipment. Using this lining technique, we are able to create complex shapes and internal geometries that are easily lined without access to internal surfaces.
